Memorial Day
I going to put my thought on Memorial Day. I know WE as UK and USA have lost many friends and family members to wars. As a former Army I have seen vets came back with injuries of their operation and what experience they have gained and losing friends on tour. It’s vastly opened my eyes of the effects of war. I have deep respect for folks who been on tour and done their duties as required of them.
Though Some folks have BBQ (which some folks seems to have party to get drunk but not for the real reason of the weekend) and say happy Memorial Day which too me kind odd when it’s not ment to be a happy weekend but a weekend to remember the lost ones in All wars. UK has remembrance day in November and I and some folks tend to drink to the ones we lost.
Just remember my Americans friends Memorial Day is the day we lost all who served not just for BBQ’s and get wasted over it. *ps this public posting all folks may see this*
